Sadly, poor little Leroy has died. He was doing well until after mid-July when another severe allergic reaction began. Over the next week, the symptoms got progressively worse to the point where Leroy was not even able to ingest water. Having won the hearts of all who knew him at Pug Rescue and the emergency hospital, Leroy went to the Rainbow Bridge on Sunday, July 28.
Thanks to the generosity of many donors, we have been able to repay a portion of Leroy's original $4000 in emergency medical care. However, a portion of the bill remains, and donations would still be appreciated.
