APPLICATION FOR ADOPTION

We are not accepting applications for dogs under two years old at this time unless they appear on our "Pugs for Adoption" page.

Please submit only one application. You may choose more than one dog on your application. You do not have to choose any. In any case, we will consider you for every pug we have that matches your preferences.

If you provide an email address, you will be sent an application acknowledgment by email. This message will come from the address cpr@copugrescue.org . Please set your spam filter to permit this address so you can receive the acknowledgment and other messages from us. We will not share or abuse your email address.

If you become interested in another of our pugs after you have applied, you may email us and we will make a notation on your application. If a good match is not immediately available for you, we will keep your application on file for six months.
